Explore the significance of power and influence within leadership.

Module 5 Leading teams for effective performance
Explore the functions and dynamics of high-performance leadership.

Module 6 Strategies and models for leading change
Consider the role of the leader in driving change.

Module 7 Mastering complexity and plurality
Explore strategies to manage the complexity inherent in leadership.

Module 8 Reflect on your purpose as a leader
Establish alignment between your personal purpose and the purpose of your organisation.

Tim Morris

Emeritus Professor, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford

Tim Morris teaches on many of Oxford Saïd’s executive programmes, helping corporate, government, and non-profit leaders grapple with the complex organisational challenges they face.

Tim launched his research on the role and development of CEOs in large corporations at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He has developed numerous models of leadership in action that he uses with executives and in his consulting work. His work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, The Economist, Financial Times, CNN, and Forbes.
